The room was excellent, larger than expected and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and provided good service. Additionally, the location was perfect for celebrating New Year's Eve, as it was close to various activities and events.
There were a lot of cockroaches in the room which made for an unpleasant stay. Pest control is urgently needed. Additionally, there were limited beverage options and the check-in process was below average.

The room was spacious and beautiful with excellent service from the staff. I was impressed with the quality of toiletries provided. , the location was convenient for my business trip.
There were a lot of unwanted guests in my room, small cockroaches, that seemed to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Pest control should be on high priority.

I had a fantastic experience at this place. The room was excellent; very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff provided good service and were very helpful. I was also impressed with the range of toiletries and supplies provided in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was excellent - it was spacious and simple but still beautiful. The cleanliness of this hotel is perfect and the staff was very cute. I could not have asked for better service. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast served was delicious. The location was convenient, and transportation was easily accessible in this city.
Can't fault anything about it. The hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay in this city.

We had a pleasant stay with spacious rooms, beautiful decor and a friendly staff who provided excellent service. the toiletries were great and the supplies were well-stocked. We loved the location which was conveniently situated near plenty of attractions and amenities. the room was fully equipped with all the necessary facilities we needed.
The check-in process could use some improvement.
